Last post of the year, a catch up of projects!

Hello to all!!!

This post is going to catch up on my projects i have complete recently,
its going to be a long one!

I have some many items i have made, and that i am trying to finish!

I hope Christmas was well to all, everyone was merry and enjoyed it safely.

on to the projects!

Here is my Elsa doll i crochet. I love the way she came out. easily my best project design i created in a long time. I have the pattern tested out, i need to design my own snowflake for the shawl. that is the only thing that is pending on this pattern being released!

She stands almost 10in tall!

After Elsa, i made a mermaid:
from my own design, but it was more of a fail, and
not exactly as i wanted.

Mermaid measures 12in tall

So, back to the drawing board, with a little design help,
I created this:

She also measures about 12in. and was giving to the
same little girl that received Elsa!

After that, we found another hobby or two for my son and myself to do together:
rubber band looms
and perler beads.

^ my bracelet! it glows in the dark, is so soft, and comfortable!

^the owl that my son and I made for my aunt!

So, do i have enough hobbies? I think not.... i had to add a few more..
including:

Soap making (actually melt and pour kit)
it is really fun and relaxing to melt the soap, color it, add fragrance and mold it into a
cute shape.
the top four bars are from a botanical kit i bought,
the star is shredded, melted, lotion added, color added, hotel soap.

and if you going to make soap, what is there to stop you from learning,
Bath scrub!!!

Made with bath and body works SWEET PEA

Ingredients:
sugar
salt
Sweet pea lotion
Sweet pea body spray
Suave dry skin lotion
Sunflower oil
food coloring.

The top picture is mine, my first batch i made for myself!
the bottom, i am gifting away!

I do see myself making more of this, when i have bath sets giving..
i do hope to make my own gift baskets one day with all my hobbies to include in them!!!

I think this is about all that i have done, and all that needs catching up...

I do hope everyone has a safe and wonderfully happy new year ahead!!!

See you in 2015!!

Here was the first time, a gift to my son for his birthday: Here is a little picture I just colored while listening to an audio book, it was very relaxing!  And just for fun, here is my ferret baby, his name is Shiro-san Yes, his eyes are red!
